Do I need to install anything?
No. RACE runs in your browser on iPad, PC and phone. For kitchen printers, we handle the small setup program.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code at the table and the menu opens instantly on their phone—already in their language.
How does the free trial work?
We set up your account pre-loaded with samples (menus, tables, orders) so you can explore everything right away. When you're ready, delete the samples and add your dishes. It runs for 14 days, then you decide to stay or not. Your data stays with you.
Can I change my features later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade a feature and you'll only pay for what you use from the next month.
What if something goes wrong during service?
Hit Support in RACE. Our team responds instantly—or if we're busy, an AI trained on your restaurant jumps in. Any change only happens with your approval.
How do phone payments work?
Through Stripe. Customers pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card straight from the menu—even just their share of the bill.
